The Tzemach Tzedek Shul is the center of Chassidus that the Tzemach Tzedek established in Tsfat.
The main aspect of the fast is giving Tzedoko to the poor. It’s even brought down that one should not end their fast before giving Tzedoko. The Gemara at the beginning of Brochos (meaning, yes, right in the first few pages of Talmud Bavli) mentions that the main reward of the fast is the charity that is given.
At the Tzemach Tzedek, we help Olim both materially and spiritually and even has started needed learning programs for Olim children.
